This seminar will ask participants to build their reflective practice by journaling about their teaching context, their instructional practices, classroom community, building dynamics, collaborative structures, etc. and the celebrations and struggles therein. Participants will compose a journal every month that will be the basis for each session. In addition to sharing these journal entries, the class will read and discuss professional readings about reflective practice, current teaching practices, and implementation of reflection into their courses/class/grade.
